> Cut off date: All non reserved rooms will be released on 17th October 2011. Meaning that the reservation deadline is: 17th October 2011. If guests would like to reserve any rooms after this date, the rooms can be reserved by your guests individually, but only upon availability of the hotel.
> Arrival and departure: Guests arrive individually. The hotel rooms are reserved from 15:00 hrs day of arrival till 12.00 hrs of day of departure.
> No-show: In case of no show or late cancellation the costs will be charged to credit card of the guest.

> Cancellation of catering, DDR and / or room hire:
Any cancellations received 7 days or less before the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the cancelled reservation value.

Considering our cancellation policy, we advise you to inform us as soon as possible about any changes in your reservation.

> Method of payment: All guests will guarantee and pay for their own room accommodation, breakfast and any extra's.
